Drake’s Iceman remains at No. 1 on the U.S. albums chart for a second week, extending a strong run for one of the year’s biggest releases. In its latest chart update, Billboard lists the album with 225,000 equivalent album units earned in its second week.
Streaming made up the largest share of that total, showing that listeners are still returning to the project after its debut. The result also comes during a busy chart stretch for Drake, whose recent releases Habibti and Maid of Honour stayed inside the Top 10.
Iceman is one of Drake’s 15 No. 1 albums, placing him among the most successful solo artists in the history of the U.S. albums chart. It is also his sixth album to spend more than one week at No. 1.
The latest result keeps Drake at the center of the current music conversation in a simple way: Iceman opened with a major first week, and the audience has not moved on yet.
